Resurfacing of Cameron St from Old Montreal Rd to Highway 174. Starts Tuesday September 2nd

👉 Off-peak & Overnight Lane Reductions. Flagpersons present. Access for Local Traffic maintained.

👉 Project includes:• full depth milling of the roadway from Old Montreal Rd to 174• followed by granular placement, and• then 2 lifts of asphalt• weather permitting the work will be completed the week of September 8th

👉 Note: The "No Stopping & No Parking" signs on both sides of Cameron. Be extra careful and patient when attempting to get to the Black Walnut/Cheezi Pizza/Waypoint-Esso during the construction.

👉 Regarding the Traffic Management process:

• The Contractor will maintain a minimum of One Travel Lane At All times with traffic control flagging persons directing traffic during lane reductions.

• The operation will generally be completed in phases throughout each shift with lane reductions alternating directions during construction.

• These changes will be communicated through the use of traffic control personnel and devices, such as signage and reflective traffic barrels.

• Digital sign boards were erected this week to inform road users of the upcoming work and remind users to use caution when entering the road given the nature, conditions and presence of workers during the resurfacing operations.
